深入基層 精準發力——寧波市總工會副主席、黨組成員丁丁一行來興業工會調研指導發表時間:2023-04-07 13:22 4月6日,寧(ning)波市總(zong)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)副(fu)主席(xi)(xi)、黨組成員丁(ding)丁(ding)一(yi)行到興業調(diao)研(yan)指(zhi)導工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)作。前灣新區總(zong)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)副(fu)主席(xi)(xi)顧世東等(deng)領(ling)導陪(pei)同調(diao)研(yan)。公司副(fu)總(zong)經理、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主席(xi)(xi)陳(chen)君杰,總(zong)經辦副(fu)主任、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)副(fu)主席(xi)(xi)王增芳熱情接待。 座談會上(shang),王(wang)主席介紹(shao)了公司工(gong)會的整體概況,從組(zu)織架(jia)構、組(zu)織運行(xing)、工(gong)作(zuo)亮點和成(cheng)果出發,圍繞各項工(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)、重點任務推進、創新工(gong)作(zuo)落地以及下一步工(gong)作(zuo)計劃等進行(xing)詳(xiang)細匯報。 丁主席聽完匯報后,充分(fen)肯(ken)定了公司(si)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),并表示:今年,興業(ye)(ye)盛泰(tai)榮獲浙江(jiang)省五一(yi)勞動獎狀,還曾先后獲得全國工(gong)(gong)會(hui)愛心托管班(ban)與(yu)浙江(jiang)省創建和(he)諧勞動關系暨雙愛先進企業(ye)(ye)等榮譽,是(shi)我們重點關注的(de)企業(ye)(ye)。此次(ci)調研,也是(shi)基于新一(yi)屆(jie)總工(gong)(gong)會(hui)班(ban)子成立后對(dui)各重點基層工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織運行(xing)(xing)情(qing)況進行(xing)(xing)實地了解的(de)要求,包括本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織機構,按期換(huan)屆(jie),專門辦公場所和(he)活(huo)動場所、工(gong)(gong)會(hui)經費及使用(yong)情(qing)況、特(te)色亮點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職工(gong)(gong)參與(yu)率、單(dan)位(wei)(wei)行(xing)(xing)政支(zhi)持力度,了解基層工(gong)(gong)會(hui)對(dui)上(shang)級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)意見與(yu)建議,以更好地支(zhi)持基層工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。興業(ye)(ye)有什(shen)么(me)需求可以直接提(ti)。 在(zai)問及“對工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)建(jian)起(qi)來(lai)、轉(zhuan)起(qi)來(lai)、活起(qi)來(lai)、強起(qi)來(lai)有何意見建(jian)議?”陳(chen)總表(biao)示,對于不(bu)同(tong)層級、地方(fang)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)所面臨(lin)的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)問題和壓(ya)力是不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de),上級工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)起(qi)著引(yin)領指導,幫助企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)協調(diao)解決(jue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中的(de)(de)(de)困難和問題的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。而基層工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)則要堅持在(zai)服務(wu)企業經營(ying)的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上從職工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求出(chu)發(fa),廣泛聽(ting)取職工(gong)(gong)(gong)意見,規劃建(jian)設好(hao)功能設置(zhi),盡力解決(jue)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)個人的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)顧之憂。同(tong)時,引(yin)領好(hao)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)發(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)向,鼓勵員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提升(sheng)綜合素養,優化工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制保障收入,進而將(jiang)企業目標與個人目標相結合,做到(dao)“凝心聚力、共同(tong)富裕”!下一步,公司(si)將(jiang)持續不(bu)斷完善(shan)服務(wu)項目設置(zhi)、根(gen)據(ju)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求出(chu)臺(tai)相關政策(ce)、優化運(yun)行管(guan)理機制,為員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供貼心服務(wu),讓工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)真正成為員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心里的(de)(de)(de)“娘家(jia)”,將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)打造成為有溫(wen)度的(de)(de)(de)組織。 下(xia)一篇榮譽如號角,使命催征程——公司榮獲浙江省五一勞動獎狀
